VILLAWOOD

Villawood is an established residential and commercial area. Villawood is bounded by River Avenue, Mandarin Street and Tangerine Street in the north, Woodville Road in the east, the Hume Highway in the south, and The Horsley Drive in the west. Part of the suburb of Villawood is located in Bankstown City. Villawood was named as a transposition of "Woodville", which was the original name for the railway station.
