SEVEN HILLS

Seven Hills is an established  industrial area. Seven Hills is bounded by Lucas Road, Kennedy Parade, Johnson Avenue, Botany Boulevard, Solander Road and Seven Hills Road in the north, Old Windsor Road in the east, Parramatta City, McCoy Street, Cornelia Road and Ellam Drive in the south and Blacktown Road, Roger Place, the suburb of Blacktown, Anne Avenue and Dawn Drive in the west. Seven Hills is thought to be named for the view from a property in the area (being able to see seven hills).

Factories, warehouses, strata units in the area can be found in locations such as Prince William Drive, Tucks Road, Artison Road, Prime Drive, Bonz Place, Bearing Road, Distribution Place, Station Road, Tollis Place, Foundary Road, Stanton Road and Prospect Highway.

Major features of the area include Demon Sports Club, Seven Hills Shopping Centre, International Peace Park, Orana Park, Grantham Reserve, Duncan Park, Jamberoo Park, Rotary Lake and numerous schools.
