MINCHINBURY

Minchinbury is an established residential and industrial area, with industry factories, warehouses and offices located west of Archbold Road and residential areas in the east. Minchinbury is bounded by the Great Western Highway in the north, Wallgrove Road in the east, the Western Motorway in the south and Ropes Creek in the west. Minchinbury is named after the Minchinbury property (and later winery), named by Captain William Minchin.

Major features of the area include Minchinbury Sports Ground, Pine Grove Memorial Park, Minchinbury Shopping Centre, Berruex Reserve, Everton Park and one school.
