Kings Park is a respected North west industrial area, with industry located south of Faulkland Crescent and Camorta Close and residential areas in the northern section. Kings Park is bounded by Westlink (M7) in the north, Sunnyholt Road in the east, Breakfast Creek in the south and the railway line in the west. Industrial sddresses in which office warehouses and factories can be found include, Binney Road, Turbo Road, Valediction Road and Garling Road.
