Rosehill is bounded by Clay Cliff Creek, Arthut Street, Tamway Avenue, James Ruse Drive and the Parramatta River in the north, the Duck River, Duck Creek and A'Becket in the South and Good Street, Prospect Street and Alfred Street in the west. Rosehill is named after Sir George, a british Treasury official.
