MEADOWBANK

Meadowbank is an established residential and institutional area. Meadowbank is bounded by Victoria Road, Ryde-Parramatta Golf Club, Andrew Street, Adelaide Street, Constitution Road West, Bank Street, Rhodes Street and Macpherson Street in the north, Macpherson Lane, Bowden Street and Constitution Road in the east, the Parramatta River in the south and Wharf Road in the west. Part of the suburb of Melrose Park is located in Parramatta City. Meadowbank is named after an original property in the area. Melrose Park is named after the aviator, Charles James (Jimmy) Melrose.
