BAULKHAM HILLS

Baulkham Hills is an established area, with industrial land use in the northern section, and some commercial areas. Baulkham Hills is bounded generally by Windsor Road, Blackett Drive, Roxborough Drive, Mileham Avenue, Oxley Avenue, Old Northern Road, Edward Street and Munro Street in the north, Darling Mills Creek in the east, the Hills (M2) Motorway, Caroline Chisholm Drive, Langdon Road and Gibbon Road in the south and Old Windsor Road, Seven Hills Road, Chapel Lane and the suburbs of Bella Vista and Kellyville in the west. Part of the suburb of Winston Hills is included in this area. A small part of the suburb of Baulkham Hills is located in Parramatta City and industrial factories, warehouses and offices span both areas.
